I get it. Your feed is flooded with morning routines, hot girl walks, pilates and feta eggs all before 7am. If that’s not your every day (and lets be honest it’s not the everyday for so many of us), thats OK.

There’s a lot of information and opinions out there and it can be overwhelming, especially for those starting out on their health and fitness journeys. You can feel like you aren’t doing enough, but its all too much at the same time.

A successful health and fitness journey is one that is unique to you. Trying to follow everyone else and what you think you ‘should’ be doing is just not sustainable long term.

You can exercise in a ways you enjoy, you can eat the foods that you love, you can sleep in on a Saturday morning and still achieve your health and fitness goals.

Did you know that your muscles can remain relaxed up to 45 minutes after a good laugh? That laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells?

Your reminder to not take everything (including yourself) too seriously. Find joy in the little moments, find laughter when things don’t go to plan. (Because sometimes if we don’t laugh we’ll cry right?🥲)

If you’re not spending time doing things that bring you joy, and surrounding yourself with people who make you dorky laugh, then what are you doing with your life?…Seriously though.

It’s so easy for us to fall into the comparison trap when we are swamped with photos & videos of peoples picture perfect lives, their perfect morning routines, workouts, date days, clean house, the list goes on.

But please please remember, that what you see here is only a small glimpse into someone’s life. ESPECIALLY online. Don’t compare yourself.

If you’re truely doing the best you can, you cannot ask anymore of yourself. Your best is enough 🫶🏻

Sorry to break it to you but if you want to lose weight and keep it off LONG TERM, another 8 week challenge or ‘summer shred’ ain’t gonna do it🤷🏼‍♀️

If you want to create SUSTAINABLE results you need to make changes that are actually s-u-s-t-a-i-n-a-b-l-e!! But HOW??!

By EDUCATING yourself on how to properly move & fuel your body and creating healthy habits that actually fit into your life LONG TERM!!

Turns out you can have your cake and eat it to😏

Believe it or not…I struggled with weight loss for YEARS!!! I tried every fad diet, every detox and I couldn’t shift any of the weight!

It wasn’t until I ditched the diets and looked at my life as a whole that everything changed!

Implementing healthy habits into my daily life has allowed me to lose 11kgs and keep it off for 5+ years now whilst still enjoying all the foods I LOVE!🍟

I could say life got in the way (it kinda did) but truth is, I fell into the comparison trap. I didn’t think I deserved a spot amongst the ‘health and fitness’ industry. I didn’t have the fitness, the body, the following, the brands…. But enough with that!!

I want to keep this page as authentic as possible, a space for EVERYONE not just the seasoned gym girlies, but the girlies just starting their wellness journey or the girlies who have no idea where to begin.
