I get it. Your feed is flooded with morning routines, hot girl walks, pilates and feta eggs all before 7am. If that’s not your every day (and lets be honest it’s not the everyday for so many of us), thats OK.
There’s a lot of information and opinions out there and it can be overwhelming, especially for those starting out on their health and fitness journeys. You can feel like you aren’t doing enough, but its all too much at the same time.
A successful health and fitness journey is one that is unique to you. Trying to follow everyone else and what you think you ‘should’ be doing is just not sustainable long term.
You can exercise in a ways you enjoy, you can eat the foods that you love, you can sleep in on a Saturday morning and still achieve your health and fitness goals.
