With the end of the year approaching fast, spots are limited as we will be having some well earned rest to be ready to help you in 2026. 🎄🎉

There’s still time before then to get a head start on any goals or injuries/health conditions prepping you for a smooth start to the new year. 🏋🏻‍♀️

CLOSED 22/11/25 📆

Hi all just an update that there are no bookings available tomorrow.

I will be engaging in a functional movement course over the weekend. Following this I am looking forward to applying some new principles that will help all my clients;
- Move better 🏃
- Find causes of pain through movement
- Prescribe exercises more effectively
- Reduce the risk of injury

I’m always looking to improve my knowledge to support best outcomes for those under my care and guidance.
