Roster Clerk
Permanent Part Time – 20 hours a week
Thursday, Friday and Mondays
Independence Ulladulla Inc is a NDIS Registered Provider based in Ulladulla. We pride ourselves on providing person centred supports to our Participants through Community Access, In Home Supports, Social Supports, Coordination of Supports, Plan Management, SIL and respite.
Our Programs are tailored to provide people living with disabilities and their families, services to help them live safely and comfortably at home while actively enjoying their local Community.
Our organisation is seeking to employ a permanent part time Roster Clerk on Thursdays, Fridays and Mondays, to further complement our Rostering Department.
You will be expected to:
• coordinate and optimise our available employees by utilising rostering and planning software
• determine the most suitable employees by allocating staff with appropriate skills sets to best meet our participants’ needs
• generate, maintain and distribute rosters
• respond to roster changes by adjusting schedules and communicating this to all stakeholders daily
• ensure hours worked are monitored each pay cycle to ensure employees are working within award conditions and ensure that correct costing is applied
• respond to and manage employee queries regarding their rosters and pay queries.
Essential Criteria: -
• Experience and/or knowledge of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 (SCHADS)
• Demonstrated Rostering experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated commitment to provide a high level of customer service
• Demonstrated understanding and / or ability to use the Microsoft and Deputy
The successful candidate will need to clear all probity checks including a NDIS Worker Screening Check and provide evidence of their COVID 19 Vaccination status
