So good to see back running after her hip injury earlier this year 😍
Bonnie’s been a regular at Friday Run Club since the beginning, and even through recovery she still showed up on cold winter mornings to walk and stay connected.

There’s still a journey ahead, but seeing her out there running again with a big smile on her face was just the best 🥰

🚨 NEW CLASS 🚨

Join our new Surf-specific class led by Physiotherapist Jack. Focusing on mobility, breath work, strength and conditioning to take your surfing skills to the next level.
All levels of surfers and gym experience welcome.

Classes will run on a Wednesday 5:30pm-6:30pm, starting from March 12th.
$30 for a one-off class or $250 for a 10 class pass.

A big warm welcome to our new Physiotherapist Jack!!

Jack was born and raised in Ulladulla before moving to Wollongong for uni and work. Jack is trained in Dry Needling and has attended a number of courses including ACL, hamstring and body flow movement courses.

Jack enjoys treating a wide range of injuries with a specific interest in surfing and snowboarding rehabilitation, sport specific return to sport and lower limb injuries such as ACL, MCL and ankle injuries.

Jack’s love for the mountains and ocean has given him opportunities to work overseas spending two winter seasons in Niseko, Japan rehabilitating and managing acute snow related injuries and seasons in the Mentawai’s as a physiotherapist providing surf specific training and managing injuries.
