Glenn Congram – Founder and Trainer

Glenn is a passionate first aid advocate who has been a full time professional Paramedic for more than 28 years. With a drive for saving lives and helping his community, it was a natural progression for Glenn to start Just First Aid in 2003.

“I wanted people to feel confident in their own abilities if they were faced with an emergency situation. Providing firs

t aid assistance can be scary but as a Paramedic I hear all too often the words I didn’t know what to do. By starting Just First Aid I hoped that I could alleviate some of the fear and help my community to save lives.”

​In 2009 Glenn was awarded the Royal Humane Society’s Bronze Medal for Bravery by Governor Marie Bashir at a ceremony at Government House in Sydney for his heroic lifesaving actions at the scene of a motor vehicle accident in Dolphin Point.
