I absolutely love Nadi Shodona and often incorporate it into my classes.
Today we are diving into one of the many pranayama breathing techniques: Nadi Sodhana or 'Alternate Nostril Breathing'.
In Sanskrit, Nadi literally translates to "channel" or "flow" and Sodhana translates to "cleanse" or "purification".
Alternate nostril breathing purifies your energetic and respiratory channels. This form of pranayama is a great way to restore balance to the body and mind!
