From making that first phone call that I didn't think I'd have to make, Tamara made it all a breeze and a very comforting experience for my sister and I to farewell our dad.

In loving memory of our precious little boy Ryder, who passed away peacefully at home after a long battle with illness, peace is finally yours. Cherished son of Jason and Cat. Loved brother of Jye, Bianca and Ollie. Beloved grandson of David and Sharon, and loved by all of our extended family.

Our darling boy you will be sadly missed, forever in our hearts.

Jason and Cat warmly invite family and friends to join them in saying goodbye to their precious little boy Ryder, a funeral service to honour his life will be held at Westella Chapel, 68 Westella Drive, Ulverstone, on Friday 26th of September 2025, commencing at 11am. A private cremation will follow. In memory of Ryder and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ronald McDonald House 🙏🏻

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Heather, who died peacefully at home. A devoted mother to Tony and Tracey, Susan and Tim. A treasured grandmother to Melissa and Gareth, Lisa and Michael, Daniel and Jairov, Adrian and Laura, Jasmine and Ethan. Great grandmother to 8 great grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all that knew her. 💌

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend Heather's Funeral Service which will be held at Westella Chapel, 68 Westella Drive, Ulverstone, on Tuesday 23rd of September 2025, commencing at 11am. Followed by internment in the Central Coast Memorial Park at approx 1pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Australia Red Cross.

The Last Time✨

There was a last time for everything with you — but I didn't know it then.

The last time you called, the last time you laughed,
the last time I saw you in your chair or heard you say my name without knowing I'd never hear it again.

It's strange how the end doesn't announce itself.
It doesn't knock loudly - just waits in silence,
on the edge of an ordinary day, until suddenly, you're gone.

And I'm left holding all the last times in my heart. 💕

Last night Westella Funerals were presented: Outstanding Customer Service Award - Services Category.

Thank you to those who nominated us - we are not sure who did, but we thank you 🙏🏻
We were quite surprised as there were so many nominations and many other quality businesses in the running.

All the work we do at Westella, we do with heart and soul. Our staff are very dedicated and they also bestow the same belief as us, that it’s more than a job. We wish to thank all our beautiful clients who entrust us with the care of their precious loved ones. We love what we do and it’s our honour to assist families 🤍
