I usually try and make my Appointment Friday posts lighter and calming but this week I am lost for words. 🙊
Only 1 60/90 minute spot left for April and just a few quick 30 minute sessions up for grabs until the end of May. 🫨

A gentle reminder that if you’re feeling unwell, it’s always best to reschedule your appointment. I’m so grateful to those who already do this — it really helps keep the space safe and comfortable for everyone 🥰

With an autoimmune condition, I’m a little more susceptible to picking up illness. If I do get sick, it means I need to pause treatments while I recover, which impacts both clients and my small business.

There’s always a cancellation list available, so your appointment can be offered to someone who’s been waiting ✨

Muscles like tibialis anterior and fibularis (peroneal) longus and brevis work hard to stabilise the ankle and control how the foot moves when we walk, run, or pivot. 🦵🏻
When these muscles develop tight bands or trigger points, they can refer pain down into the ankle or foot. 🦶🏻
Dry needling can help release those stubborn trigger points, improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and help restore more comfortable movement through the ankle and foot.

And yes… dry needling yourself is definitely more awkward than treating someone else. Turns out lining up the angles while keeping your leg still is easier said than done. 😅
