Josep, the CEO and founder of Woodys is a wakeskate enthusiast, a water sport where a board is used to ride the waves created by a boat. He managed to become the European wakeskate champion TWICE.
During one of his training sessions, Josep's glasses fell into the lake (which happened often), so one day he set out to find the perfect glasses for practicing his favorite sport: ones that wouldn’t sink in the lake
After searching and researching all kinds of production methods and materials, he found the solution: using the wood from wakeboards.
