(1) Pharmacy Technician – Level 3 (Part Time 0.6 FTE)

🗓 Monday, Wednesday & Friday (occasional Saturday)
We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Pharmacy Technician to join our supportive and collaborative community pharmacy team.
This is a part-time 0.6 FTE role, ideal for someone who enjoys dispensary work, values accuracy, and thrives in a calm, well-organised environment. While experience is required, additional training and upskilling opportunities are available.
Key Responsibilities
Prescription processing and labelling
Supporting pharmacists to maintain efficient dispensary workflow
Maintaining professional standards, records, and documentation
Assisting with stock control and dispensary organisation
Criteria
Cert III in Community Pharmacy (Dispensary Stream)
Previous dispensary experience essential
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Confident using dispensing software
Calm, professional, and reliable
Works well independently and as part of a team

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Beauty Advisor to join our friendly community pharmacy team. This role is ideal for someone who loves helping people feel confident, listened to, and supported in their skincare and beauty choices.
About the Role
Providing personalised skincare and beauty advice
Confident colour matching and product demonstration
Maintaining excellent hygiene and professional presentation
Actively listening to customer needs and explaining options clearly
Supporting customers across all skin types, personalities, and budgets
Creating a warm, calm, and welcoming experience — even during busy periods
Comfortable supporting retail sales in an ethical, patient-focused way
About You
Proactive, enthusiastic, and approachable
Strong active listening and communication skills
Confident with product demonstrations and colour matching
Calm and reliable in a fast-paced environment
Emotionally intelligent and supportive in customer interactions
Previous beauty, pharmacy, or retail experience preferred.
