This month we are talking about healthy eating,.Why I talk about an eating style, not a diet!
I explain what the difference is and how the difference is important to us and our ability to find the Health Balance that we all are looking for; because Balance means less energy expended, and that means more energy for the things we want.
So, keep a look out for the Sagire Health Compass Newsletter in your inbox.

Octobers Podcast is out now for members and available on the members Library page, and for those that are not yet members of the Sagire Health Community the Podcast is due for realise in the next week on your favourite platform.
This month we talk about Women's Health and how Classical East Asian Medicine (CEAM) doesn't see or treat it the same why that western medicine does. The ancient medicine that is CEAM has been looking at the move to a life beyond fertility with a totally different view for centuries, so if this is something that interests or intrigues you please listen to the podcast, and perhaps even join us as part of the safe community that is Sagire Health Balance Community, visit sagire.com.au and you just might find a space that is truely for you.

Here is a short exert from the podcast transcript, just to wet the appetite, 😉

Menopause is often framed as an ending, but in Classical East Asian Medicine, it’s seen as a natural, graceful transition—a move from peri-menopause through menopause into a stage of wisdom, freedom, and possibility. Today, we’ll explore how CEAM supports vitality, balance, and emotional health through this powerful phase of life.

The CEAM Perspective on Menopause

Let’s begin by understanding how CEAM views menopause. Rather than a decline, it is a shift—a transition into a new phase marked by knowledge and grace. This is the Autumn of life, a season rich with opportunity to craft a life that feels full and abundant.
