Many of you will now have heard the news that the beautiful Green Health Therapies is closing its doors at the end of this month.

I have had people contact me asking if I’ll still be seeing clients and, yes, I am indeed.

I have moved my Kinesiology space into my home in Penguin while I look for other options.

Tasmania is beautiful and a just little bit cooler than Northern NSW, but I love it here.

I'm working out of a wonderful clinic here in Ulverstone and feel incredibly fortunate to have new clients.

However, I'm finding that Kinesiology seems less known here than on the mainland. I've discovered this from having many conversations starting with "What do you do?", and ending with "What is that?!"

If you feel you have benefited from your sessions, I am asking for your support to help me put myself out there in the way of reviews, so people in Tasmania can read how Kinesiology may help them.

Hello, Community!
I have been very quiet.

While I've been riding the bumpy rollercoaster of life over the last couple of months, I've also been playing a lot and finally came up with my own website.

I'm not a designer or copywriter, but I love to learn new things, so I thought I'd give it a red hot go - it has been a lot of fun (and some sweary moments too).

I'll be super grateful if you can click through and see how it flows for you. Maybe a few proofreaders/editors out there will see one or two sneaky typos. If so, oh my goodness, please let me know.

I'm heading back to Kyogle for a week and offering five sessions on Saturday, the 29th of April, in the wonderful Kyogle Osteopathy & Wellbeing clinic.

Hello!

I am building a website - finally, woo hoooo - and I thought a FAQs page would be a good idea, to give people more of an idea about what kind of things clients can expect, or what they may think kinesiology can or can't do. I already thought of some questions that I get asked, but I'm wondering if you had any?

Is there anything you wish you had asked before you had your first session? Or during your session? Or after your session?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

What is your relationship with yourself like?

What you naturally do already within your relationships with others, do you do for yourself?

Do you meet your needs?

Do you enjoy activities that help make you feel content and joyful?
Do you reparent yourself (it’s never too late)?
Do you support yourself when you’re feeling low?
Are you a friend to yourself?
Are you a good listener or critical and judgemental?
When do complete something challenging, do you pat yourself on the back?

Do you like yourself?
Do you love yourself?

Maybe do something today that proves to yourself that you care.
When we work in harmony with ourselves, we can see truly magical outcomes.
