Nat is your Go-to Zen Chick. She is passionate about supporting people to self-heal through meditation, mindfulness and wellbeing practices.
Nat has an inspiring story of resilience, in August 2015 the doctors told her that she would be blind by Christmas. That heart-wrenching moment changed Nat’s life, she knew there had to be another way to help herself; it was time to look within. Nat’s soul searching worked, on that Christmas morning she woke up and she still had some sight! Though it wasn’t enough to allow her to get about safely without a blind-cane and the limited sight meant that Nat had to re-consider her career.
She was determined to continue on this path of meditation, mindfulness and energy work, to calm her nervous system and allow her body to restore itself.
Fast forward to the present day, and Nat is living her dream life in a cute beachside town, with most of her sight restored! After successful eye surgery in 2019, she left her life in the city to pursue a simpler one, where she can teach the gifts meditation and chakras by the beach.
