Gary Craig, the founder of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), passed away recently. He went peacefully in his sleep, in his favorite recliner overlooking the Pacific Ocean. According to his daughter Tina, he was “his usual enthusiastic and charming self until the very last moment.” 🤍

I wouldn’t be doing this work if it weren’t for Gary.

I first discovered Tapping at a Tony Robbins event years ago. Tony demonstrated this strange technique, and I went home curious. I found Gary online, devoured everything he’d created, and my life changed.

What Gary actually did, the specific innovations that made Tapping what it is today, is a story worth knowing. He took something complicated and made it simple. He took something expensive and made it free. And he changed millions of lives in the process, including mine.

Be an encourager, and cheer your family, your friends and yourself onto higher heights!

Every now and then we need a little help from our friends, a little bit of extra wind beneath our wings and so does everybody, and we can all be that person.

Today's tip reminds me of the Beatle's song "With a Little Help From My Friends"
