School Holiday’s Meditation Sessions For Kids & Teens
Friday October 3rd & 10th

Join this beautiful, fun and relaxing 2-week program designed to help kids and teens build calm, confidence, and resilience through the magic (and science!) of mindfulness and meditation
What to expect:
🌱 Kids (Ages 6–12) – 30 minutes (2 classes total) 11am

These fun and engaging mindfulness sessions teach kids simple breathing, body awareness, and self-regulation tools. Each class includes meditation, games, and creative activities to help children feel safe, calm, and connected to themselves.

🌿 Teens (Ages 13–18) – 45 minutes (2 classes total) 11:45am

A supportive space for teens to learn evidence-based mindfulness strategies for stress, anxiety, and self-awareness. Each class blends meditation, reflection, and discussion, helping teens develop lifelong skills for emotional balance and resilience

It’s nearly Friday, ready for some self care? It’s time for Pip‘s monthly Yin & Nidra Seasonal Immersion class. It’s a juicy 1.5hr class 7:00pm-8:30pm. This month we will be focusing on our spring time organs in our yin poses…our Liver & Gallbladder and inviting you to sew some seeds of intention, connecting with springs energy of renewal and growth, we journey through the yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra sound bath to close the session. 📢Teacher Spotlight
Welcoming Dani to the Studio! Danielle began her yoga journey in her 20s, studying a Diploma of Health (Yoga) at Nature Care College, which included a transformative trip to India. She has taught yoga in corporate settings, addiction recovery, and university classes before taking a role at Club Med in Phuket.
She spent a year in India and Sri Lanka, practicing at Nilambe Meditation Centre and completing a Vipassana course. In Kerala, she explored Ayurveda before returning to Sydney to teach yoga and study Primary School Teaching. Later, she spent two years on Hayman Island teaching daily yoga and introducing cleansing practices.
Back in Sydney, Danielle taught various yoga styles, including pre-natal and kids yoga, before focusing on school teaching from 2016 to 2024. She recently returned to Hatha & Yin Yoga and is excited to teach Yin for Your Cycle this Spring, sharing her guidance on how to honour the natural rhythms of your cycle. Spring is almost ready to bloom🌼
We are loving the beautiful light in the studio for morning practice at the moment.
There’s something magical about starting the day grounded, balanced, and energised! As the days grow lighter and warmer, our morning practice becomes a beautiful way to wake up and embrace the day. Jump it for our regular 9:15am classes every day or join our early riser classes on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday mornings.

Practicing yoga supports my body through stretching, strengthening and grounds me in this busy crazy beautiful world. Yoga also sustains me when I am in injured (like now with a shoulder injury!), however I am still teaching, learning more about my own yoga body and journey. It’s the lovely Julie❤️
Julie fell in love with yoga nearly 20 years ago and has been sharing its magic ever since. Trained in Hatha Vinyasa and with a background in Psychology, she empowers students to explore yoga in a way that honours their unique body and story.
Alongside her initial 300 Hatha Vinyasa training she has specialisations in Yoga for Seniors, Pregnancy and Yin. In 2025, she began a Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy.

Outside the studio, you’ll find Julie soaking up nature — in the bush, the sea, or halfway up a cliff-face! 🌿🌊🧗‍♀️
