School Holiday’s Meditation Sessions For Kids & Teens

Join this beautiful, fun and relaxing 2-week program designed to help kids and teens build calm, confidence, and resilience through the magic (and science!) of mindfulness and meditation
What to expect:
🌱 Kids (Ages 6–12) – 30 minutes (2 classes total) 11am
These fun and engaging mindfulness sessions teach kids simple breathing, body awareness, and self-regulation tools. Each class includes meditation, games, and creative activities to help children feel safe, calm, and connected to themselves.
🌿 Teens (Ages 13–18) – 45 minutes (2 classes total) 11:45am
A supportive space for teens to learn evidence-based mindfulness strategies for stress, anxiety, and self-awareness. Each class blends meditation, reflection, and discussion, helping teens develop lifelong skills for emotional balance and resilience
