Dear Patients,

The car park repairs are nearly completed, however to protect the integrity of the fresh concrete so close to the far curb, the car park will need to stay fully closed until Monday the 13th. On Monday morning the small safety roundabout will be put back in place. This partial closure will be required until Friday the 17th, after which the concrete will be fine to drive over and the car park can be fully re-opened. Also the curb near the driveway entrance plus the garden bed at the start of the car park has been repaired. If you can please be mindful of these areas when using the car park entrance. We really appreciate everyone's patience during this process.

🚧 Car Park Update 🚧

Our car park remains safe to use, with barriers and signage in place to guide traffic around the affected area.

Please drive slowly, follow all signage, and take care around other vehicles and pedestrians—especially children and vulnerable patients.

Upcoming works will require a temporary partial closure of the car park. We will keep you updated and let you know once dates are confirmed.

As the car park is now closed for repairs, if you require assistance accessing the clinic, please call our reception team on 3341 7244 prior to your appointment so we can make suitable arrangements for you.

Telehealth appointments are also available for eligible patients.

For everyone’s safety, most of our car park is currently closed until further notice. There are a few parking spaces available at the entrance; however, if these are full, we kindly ask that you use street parking.
If parking on the street, please be mindful not to block any driveways and ensure you’re following local traffic regulations.
Our car park is currently being assessed by specialists, and repairs will begin as soon as possible. We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we get this sorted, and we apologise for any inconvenience.

⚠️⚠️Important: Car Park Access Changes⚠️⚠️

We would like to make you aware of a current issue in our car park.

There is damage in the middle drive-through area of the car park that is currently being assessed for repair. For safety reasons, this section has been roped off.

Please do not park on either side of the roped off area, as this space needs to remain clear so vehicles can enter and exit the car park safely.

While this is in place, we ask that all drivers follow the posted signs and drive to their left only when entering and exiting the car park. Please drive slowly and look out for pedestrians, especially children, and other cars moving or parked.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding while we arrange repairs.

Dr Rupert Bennett is a dedicated, patient‑focused GP who values building strong relationships with the people he cares for. Brisbane‑born, he completed a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Medicine at the University of Queensland.

He has worked across both tertiary and rural hospitals throughout Queensland, including the Princess Alexandra Hospital, QEII Hospital and Queensland Children’s Hospital. His clinical experience spans general medicine, emergency, paediatrics, geriatrics, surgery, and rehabilitation medicine before transitioning into General Practice.

Outside of work, Dr Rupert enjoys travelling, hiking, watching sport, and relaxing with good coffee and a good book.
