🏋🏻‍♂️ OCEANIA CHAMPS 🏋🏻‍♂️

Recently we had a couple of our members compete in the Oceania Crossfit Championships. We want to give special mention to 3 of them.

🏅Libby Rodgers competed in her first Solo Crossfit and got top 20 in the female devision. .rodgers

🏅Jesse Tauava competed in his first ever Crossfit competition and finished in 7th position.

🏅Dante Karangaroa got invited to compete as he has reached a level of elite athlete where he didn’t have to qualify. We are proud to say that Dante WON the competition.

We are super proud of all of you and can’t wait to see you 3 continue to compete and dominate the competition in 2026.

This young man has brought calm, positive and wonderful energy into P3 Springwood. He has made plenty of friends here and Sam has become a vital part of the P3 community.

🚨 Public Service Announcement 🚨

We are excited to announce we have a new staff member who has started with us here at P3 Recovery Springwood.

Welcome to the team Maria.

Maria has been a long term member with us, she brings energy, smiles and amazing banter. She specialises in the ice bath and is excited to help many of you get in the Ice and stay in.

We are super pumped to have Maria part of the team and we hope you all give her the biggest welcome when you see her around the centre.

Join us for just $10 entry and enjoy unlimited access to the centre (first in, first served)!

We’ll also be raffling off a Broncos jersey signed by team members 🏉 Tickets are $5 each and the winner will be announced Monday.

All proceeds go towards supporting on her trip to South Africa, where she’ll be aiming to break the world record for bench press at age 76 💪🏼
