We’re growing. And we’re doing it differently. At Top Health Doctors, growth isn’t just about opening more clinics, it’s about building a better model of care.

A doctor-led model.
Where doctors are supported, trusted, and empowered.
Where teams genuinely enjoy coming to work.
And where patients feel the difference.

When you put doctors first
👉 You get better care
👉 Stronger teams
👉 Healthier communities

From one clinic to a growing network across Brisbane, we’ve built something we’re incredibly proud of.

And now… we’re taking the next step. Two new clinics are opening in 2026.

It’s an exciting time not just for our group, but for the doctors and communities we serve.

We’re continuing to invest in:
✔️ Modern, well-supported clinics
✔️ High-quality, patient-centred care
✔️ A culture that values people, not just numbers

This is what sustainable, high-quality healthcare growth looks like.
If you’re a GP looking for something different, you’ll feel it the moment you walk into one of our clinics.

This isn’t the usual “just be more active” advice… 👀

New research highlighted by the European Society of Cardiology suggests it’s not just about how much you move, it’s about how intense those moments are.

💥 Short bursts of slightly vigorous activity (the kind that makes you a little breathless) may significantly reduce your risk of multiple major diseases.

Just small moments like:
✔️ Power walking between errands
✔️ Taking the stairs quickly
✔️ A quick burst of active play

🧠 This challenges the usual focus on total exercise time, showing that intensity in short bursts can matter just as much (or more).

⚠️ As always, this isn’t one-size-fits-all. If you have health conditions or are unsure what’s safe, speak with your GP before increasing intensity.

At Top Health Doctors, we love helping patients find simple, realistic ways to improve their health💚

😴 5 signs your fatigue isn’t just “being tired”

We all feel tired sometimes…
But ongoing fatigue can occasionally be a sign of an underlying health issue.

Here are 5 signs it might be worth speaking to a GP

1. You’re waking up tired even after a full night’s sleep
Feeling unrefreshed consistently may be linked to sleep quality, stress, or other health factors.

2. It’s been going on for weeks
Fatigue that persists beyond a few weeks isn’t something to ignore.

3. You’re struggling to concentrate or think clearly
Brain fog, forgetfulness, or reduced focus can sometimes be associated with fatigue.

4. You feel short of breath, dizzy, or physically run down
These symptoms may have a range of causes and should be assessed appropriately.

5. It’s affecting your daily life
If you’re finding it harder to work, exercise, or enjoy normal activities, it may be time to check in.

🩺 When to consider seeing a GP

Fatigue can have many possible causes from lifestyle factors through to medical conditions

A GP can help assess your symptoms and guide you on appropriate next steps if needed.

Appointments available in clinic or via telehealth with Top Health Doctors.

VR GP Opportunity – Build Your Practice with Support (North Brisbane – Strathpine)

One of the biggest challenges for GPs considering a move is simple:
“Will I be busy quickly enough?”

At our Top Health Doctors Strathpine clinic (5 months old), we’ve approached this differently.

Instead of expecting immediate full books, we’re focused on:

💰 Providing an income guarantee while you build
📈 Actively growing your patient base through targeted marketing
👩‍⚕️ Backing you with strong nursing and admin support
🧘 Creating a genuinely low-pressure, supportive environment

This is a great opportunity for a GP who wants to shape their own practice, develop a niche, and grow with a clinic from the ground up.

Strathpine is a rapidly growing North Brisbane corridor, and we’re already seeing strong patient demand.

If you (or someone you know) are open to exploring a new opportunity, I’d be happy to have a confidential chat.

👂 Let’s talk about something everyone has… but nobody likes talking about.

Ear wax.

Before you reach for the cotton buds…
❌ Please don’t.

Cotton buds often push wax further into the ear canal, which can make blockage worse.

The good news? There’s a modern way to remove ear wax.

At Top Health Doctors, we provide microsuction ear wax removal — sometimes jokingly referred to as “gold-class ear wax removal.”

✨ Why patients often prefer microsuction:
• No water syringing
• Precise removal under direct vision
• Often quick and controlled

If your ears feel blocked, muffled, or uncomfortable, our doctors can assess your ears and discuss whether microsuction ear wax removal may be appropriate.

14/03/2026

March is Endometriosis Awareness Month, an important time to raise awareness about a condition that affects around 1 in 9 Australian women and people assigned female at birth by age 44. Endometriosis can cause significant pain, fatigue and fertility challenges, and for many people it can take years to receive a diagnosis.

At Top Health Doctors Group, we are fortunate to have many GPs across our clinics who have a strong interest in women’s health and are passionate about supporting patients with symptoms of endometriosis.

If you experience symptoms such as:
• Persistent pelvic pain
• Painful periods
• Pain during in*******se
• Bowel or bladder symptoms related to your cycle
• Difficulty falling pregnant

it may be worth discussing these with your GP.

Our doctors can:
✔ Listen carefully to your symptoms
✔ Arrange appropriate investigations
✔ Provide pain management and treatment options
✔ Coordinate referrals to specialists when needed
✔ Support you with ongoing care and management

Raising awareness and encouraging earlier conversations with your GP can help people receive the care and support they need sooner.

If you have concerns about symptoms of endometriosis or would like to discuss your women’s health, our experienced GPs are here to help.

At Top Health Doctors Group, investing in the next generation of GPs is something we genuinely value.

This Saturday, four of our GP registrars gave up part of their weekend to attend an extra Skin Cancer theory and practical tutorial session. The session focused on skin cancer theory and practical management skills

Seeing their enthusiasm for improving patient care and expanding their skills is incredibly rewarding for our team. Education is at the heart of quality general practice, and it’s a privilege for our clinics to contribute.

A big thank you to our registrars for their dedication and commitment to continuous learning.

March is "love your ears' month at Top Health Doctors. Sharing this article for our community.

Approximately 3.6 million Australians experience some degree of hearing loss. This number is projected to increase significantly, potentially doubling by 2060, due to the aging population.

Sharing this very inciteful article on a study by the University of Southern California, Health Sciences where they noted 'People who treat hearing loss with hearing aids or cochlear implants regain rich conversations, escape isolation, and may even protect their brains and lifespans—proof that better hearing translates into fuller living.'
