Introducing our Practice manager Jackie!
Jackie has been part of the team since 1997, where she initially started working on weekends assisting the admin team with filing and paperwork. In 2001 after her gap year in Europe, she began her Certificate III in Dental Assisting and through the years has continued to upskill in all aspects of the Dental industry. Jackie is now our Practice manager and will always continue with learning, as she says the dental industry is ever evolving so we need to be at the forefront of new learnings and technology.
You will find Jackie greeting patients at reception, assisting the Dentist on your next appointment or sweeping up the leaves in the car park. She is definitely our team's all rounder.
What Jackie enjoys most about working at Prime Noble Dental besides working with a great team and environment, is seeing the patients' dental journeys from attending as a new patient, to assisting them complete their treatment and achieve their ideal smile goals. There's no better feeling than seeing a patient confident and beaming with a big ol smile!
On the weekends Jackie is always cooking or baking something delicious in her kitchen, so we always end up being Jackie's taste testers when she brings in her newest creations. She also studies Japanese, enjoys anime and reading manga. Jackie is also a mad foodie, so if you are stuck on where to find a great restaurant or want to try a new cuisine, feel free to ask Jackie for recommendations.
