It was such a personal journey, it’s hard to put into words what actually happens when you leave the ordinary world and venture across the other side of the planet far far from anything you have known.

To sit with grandmother Ayahuasca

That’s what 7 brave souls put their hand up for and trusted Adam and myself to take them to a sacred place of ancient medicine.

Quickly we became a very close family, yet always remaining autonomous as this is the nature of this inner work.

Our whole systems cleansed and purified on every level.

Our food, basic, natural uncomplicated.

Our lodgings, natural wooden huts surrounded by jungle.

Cold showers under blankets of stars.

Ceremonies in the dark that went late late into the night. Walking sleepily through the jungle back to our little huts (tambos)

By day, sacred gatherings, sharing our journeys and dreams as we embodied and integrated this powerful psychedelic medicine and the otherworldly Icaros the curanderos and maestros would sing continually throughout the night to each one of us.

Whilst we were completely immersed in the natural world and the medicine, this retreat went to another level…..

And the most deeply profound Breathwork Journey, that evoked and reactivated the spirit of Ayahuasca

One of our participants said, these daily practices and sharing circle added more than had expected and really enhanced the whole experience.

In this temporary home for the past 2 and months, this has been my favorite spot socking up the winter sun and this mini rose bush beside the bee hive.

Today, was the completion of my private clients 1:1 containers….big sigh and massive gratitude to their courage and self awareness to be guided and coached.

I’ve been sitting here reflecting on the 65 private sessions of breathwork and intuitive coaching and the 5 masterclasses. It’s been an intense few months…..🥰

I didn’t expect 2025 to be this way, it’s really a year of movement and travel, so it seems.

Now in a few days I’m heading off with Adam to South America for 3 months, we will be facilitating 4 retreats!!

2 Ayahuasca and Breathwork Retreats in Peru

A mini retreat to Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley

And a Breathwork Facilitators Training Retreat in Ecuador

Returning to Australia in October, ready to find a lovely home base. ♥️

Private 1:1 containers our now open for start date mid October. I will only be taking 4 clients for the balance of 2025. Reach for a chat to see if working with me aligns with you.

If there is one thing that has enhanced my work it’s been the Bliss Frequency headphones. 🪽

I remember the days of lugging a heavy stereo around and having to project my voice so much as the journey came to it’s crescendo, to be heard over participants expressing with shouts and tears, moans and cries as they released years of held in stress and disfunction.

4 weeks today we begin the Vine of the Soul Ayahuasca Retreat.

I’ve been planning this retreat for a year and so greatful to the 8 who are taking this journey with me.

We will be working with the medicine in ceremony with the shipibo tribe and Im supporting participants with Breathwork and mentoring.

I’m feeling the pull so much to be on scared land in Peru….nervous and excited.

I’m only here in Perth for the next 3 weeks….everything is moving quickly as spirit pulls me into alignment.

Time to go deep into my next expansion

You won’t always be liked, appreciated, or accepted by others even when you’re deeply aligned with your soul purpose, living with integrity and giving your heart to the world.

This has been one of the hardest but most liberating truths I’ve come to embody….as it continued to show up in my field over and over.

Sometimes, the more you shine, the more you stir discomfort in others. Not because you’re doing anything wrong, but because your presence highlights where they are not yet free.

When you walk with courage, clarity
and conviction, it can unconsciously trigger those who are still hiding, compromising or disconnected from their truth.

Your embodiment becomes a mirror they didn’t ask to look into.

Their defense, judgment or withdrawal is rarely about you it’s often about what you awaken within them.

So if you find yourself misunderstood or projected upon, take a breath.

Don’t shrink
Don’t dim
And don’t trade your authenticity for approval.

Your path is sacred.

And those who are meant to walk beside you will not feel threatened by your power, they’ll be inspired by it!

Keep standing.
Keep showing up.
Keep choosing integrity even when it’s uncomfortable.

This is what it means to be in true service. ♥️

Your Nervous System Remembers Everything!!!!

As a trauma-informed practitioner, one thing I’ve learned over and over again is this:

The nervous system doesn’t care if you’ve “moved on.”

It tracks threat…not time.

That means the trauma from a childhood experience, a toxic relationship, or a moment where you felt powerless may still be active in your body, even if you don’t consciously think about it.

You might notice it through:

Overreactions in conflict

Emotional shutdown

Gut issues or fatigue

A deep, unexplainable sense of not feeling safe or worthy

This is not dysfunction.

It’s your body doing its job, trying to protect you based on old information.

The beauty is, the body can rewire.

Through breathwork and somatic healing, we teach the nervous system how to feel safety again.

That’s not just emotional healing, it’s neurobiological.

To be trauma-informed

Is to see beyond behavior

To understand the root

It’s not “What’s wrong with you?”

It’s “What happened to you?”

It’s meeting someone in their freeze

Their shame

Their shutdown

And saying

I see you

You’re safe now

This is the kind of space I believe in

One where healing doesn’t feel like fixing

My Morning Cacao Ritual ….

I haven’t drunk coffee in years on a regular basis, but every morning I start my day with a cup of something far more powerful.

Raw ceremonial cacao from Ubud, Bali.

It’s not just a drink, it’s a ritual, a prayer, a way of opening my heart to the day ahead.

Here’s how I make it:

🪴A few heaped spoonfuls of raw cacao (pure, unprocessed that I chop into fine pieces)
🪴Organic coconut milk for creaminess
🪴A good sprinkle of cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and ginger to awaken my body and ignite my inner fire
🪴A little coconut sugar to soften the bitterness
🍄And on special mornings… a touch of micro-dose mushrooms for clarity, focus, and connection to spirit

I stir it slowly, breathing my intention into every swirl.

Not just drinking, but receiving.

This sacred elixir opens my heart, sharpens my presence, and grounds me deeply in my body.

It prepares me to enter the space of breathwork and intuitive coaching, not from the mind, but from the heart.

It softens my edges, quiets my thoughts, and attunes me to the subtle energy of those I serve.

Because the truth is, I can’t guide others unless I am fully connected to myself first.

This ritual brings me into that space, present, open, and ready to hold the sacred.

And I love to drink it in the sun, receiving the morning prana ♥️

So here’s to starting the day in devotion, not distraction.

In connection, not consumption.

In presence, not performance.
