Have you heard about the community classes at ?

Every Wednesday night, 6pm, I teach the community vinyasa flow.

A flow dedicated to moving the body, connection to breath, and giving yourself the chance to slow down and be present.

These community classes aren't just for the jingster members. They are also open to the wider community and only cost $10.

All you have to do is book through the mindbody app and bring 10 in cash with you.

I believe that your body requires all different types of movement in your daily life.

I do yoga every day, but I also try and do some pilates or strengthening exercises, and I always make sure at least once a week I get in some cardio by climbing up a mountain.

Getting some exercise and some nature is always a good day

The ebb and flow of life ✨️

Life moves in all directions. It moves in all different ways in time.

Life can have such a fast pace it's a struggle to keep up, we fall out of it, and try and get back up.

Life can move slowly but fast enough that the flow feels so great within. You feel focused, centred, and aligned.

Or life can move slowly, so slowly that it doesn't feel like it's moving at all. Maybe you find stillness and grounding.

Or maybe you try to take the reins and control the way life guides you only to come to the realisation you have no control over where life is taking you.

You only control your reactions and your feelings.

Enjoy the slowness of winter, everyone

Connection ✨️

I have been finding myself at the moment craving connection.
I haven't felt all that connected to many things as of late.

I've been struggling to really connect with myself, connect with friends due to being so exhausted, connect to my working life, and connect with Mother Earth.

I crave being in nature and watching everything fly around, watching the wind stir up the trees and looking out on so much greenery. I miss connecting to the vibration of the world.

Bit by bit, I have slowly over this past week been gaining more connection now that I've quit one of my jobs, done yoga and exercise regularly and slowed down to appreciate the life around me

The afterglow ✨️

Everyone talks about the mind-body connection during yoga. How you move and flow with your breath and what you feel in between each pose.

But

To me, there is something just as magical that happens after yoga; the yoga afterglow.

After yoga, I feel my body radiating new energy and new light, I feel lighter and calmer.

I find if I take a big deep breath i, I can feel almost as if everything in my body has been unblocked
It feels as if the chi (energy- life force) can move freely throughout my entire body. Something I find I can connect to even more

Why I love yoga ✨️

Yoga is the one time I've ever felt truly connected to my physical body.
Moving and flowing has this ability to heal and make me appreciate the body I'm currently in. It makes me want to be healthy and want do things that benefit my mind and body.

It also provides strength physically and mentally and forces you to trust yourself in each pose and feel you're way through it.

Surrender ✨️

Constantly I find myself being challenged to surrender to the divine timing of life.

Things tend to happen out of my control, and the harder I try to control them, the more hectic it gets.

I believe in having different options but ultimately, those decisions lead me to the same journey and path that was intended for me, and I'm also reminded that some decisions just aren't in my control but that's OK because it's always about the journey and never the destination (although that has some part in it).

What so you think is your life message?
