9 MOBILITY EXERCISES TO RELIEVE TIGHTNESS & PAIN IN THE LOWER BACK
One of the most common reasons my clients attend for Bowen Therapy is persistent lower back pain, and when I ask if they do any mobility exercises or stretching to release the tension & contraction, the answers are always the same,
