This hyperfruity sculpture which was cleverly designed to be viewed from ALL angles (swipe through to see) - will be a forever fave feature moment from Jasmin & Matt’s vibrant wedding day! 🌈

Composed of almost everything but the kitchen sink 〰️
Cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon, pomelo, lemon, orange, lime, grapes, chilli branches + pops of zinnia, orchid stems, dahlia, torch lily AND fruity shaped candles to match the intentional tri-colour blocked look (orange/pink - yellow - green) 🧡💛💚

It brought the vibes, delivered high-impact visuals and became a major talking point among guests - which is 𝘦𝘹𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘭𝘺 what your wedding day aesthetics should do! 👏

We are almost at full capacity for 2026 - with limited dates remaining for the second half of the year.

2025 BOUJEEHAUS mixtape: Part 2 🍇🍐🦢🥀🍷

Back again with another installment of 2025 moments that were good but maybe forgotten along the way - so here they are, getting some airtime on the actual grid 🤟🏽

1. THIS symphony of colour, texture and botanicals (the coleus ooft 😮‍💨)
2. Yes I dress in neutral colours (if the design brief calls for it 😉)
3. Hours and hours spent wiring calla lilies ahead of wedding day bump in 💪🏽
4. The most perfect ‘reserved’ ribbons for special guests for a special wedding ceremony at Orpheum theatre 🎀

2025 〰️ wedding bouquet edition 🌺🌼🌸

We did 𝘢𝘭𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵 everything!

En masse spider gerberas 🌼
Botanical-garden styles 🌱
Autumnal muted palettes, vibrant playful ensembles and tropical-inspired moments 🌺

Bouquets built on 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙨𝙩 (shape, colour and texture) and others focused on 𝙘𝙤𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 & 𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙮 across those same elements 🌈

Calla lilies (of course)! 🦢
Hyacinth garland forms 🪻
Unnaturally long rose stems 🥀
And my favourite one - a cascading pearl beaded bouquet accessory 👛

And yes - I dressed to coordinate with them ALL! 😝

It’s been a wild and incredibly fun year designing all of these unique pieces for the most incredible brides and bridesmaids 🥹

Can’t wait to see what marvellous bouquet magic 2026 brings! ✨

Ah, 2025 - 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖 𝙬𝙝𝙞𝙧𝙡𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙙! 🌪️
Here’s an honest recap of it, no fluff 😌

First and foremost: 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐊 𝐘𝐎𝐔 🙏🏽
To every client and couple who trusted me, every brand, vendor & biz I worked with, every freelancer who brought the magic and grit, and every single person who’s followed, liked, shared or supported this page in any way at all - you are literally what keeps this business alive (i.e. me 😅) and sane!

I can confirm: running a small business is fu***ng hard!
Especially one that consumes your time, energy and focus like this - where the line between personal life and business identity can get very blurred, very fast 😮‍💨
I’ve made mistakes along the way - and learned the hard way not to make them again.
It also teaches you a LOT about yourself - the good parts, and the not-so-good ones too. I’ve learned a lot this year about how I’m wired, and at times it’s definitely made things challenging 🥴

But on the flip side - my endless passion, determination, creative curiosity and pride in what I do have allowed this business to grow and flourish in ways I couldn’t have imagined. Rebranding and changing the name just as momentum was building earlier this year was a ballsy move - and yes, I doubted it for a moment 🫠
Almost a year on though, I 𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘰𝘶𝘣𝘵𝘦𝘥𝘭𝘺 know it was the right decision! 💪🏽

This year was all about 𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 - reaching 𝘮𝘺 𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦. Creating for clients who value design, feel creatively aligned, and both trust and appreciate the work we do.
To have our work take us interstate, receive overseas enquiries, be recognised as a top florist in Australia by THE WED, and grow this community into what it is now - I’m honestly so grateful and so bloody proud of what I’ve achieved within BOUJEEHAUS so far 🥹

Onwards and upwards for 2026! 🥂✨

𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘐’𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘺𝘭𝘦𝘥 𝘊𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘮𝘢𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘧𝘦𝘸 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴 💁🏼‍♀️🍒🍸

It really is one of my favourite times of the year to get creative with table styling, because:
A) It’s generally for friends & family (but mostly to please myself 😆) so I have complete freedom to create whatever I want
B) My partner and I LOVE to host - and (kind of sadly) Christmas is that one time of the year we find the time to actually do so between my work and his!
C) Late Spring/early Summer seasonal florals and produce is the BEST OF ALL! 🤌🏽🍅🍓

Tis the season! So I thought I’d share a little insight into my festive table-styling mindset with you all:

𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙥𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚
The last few years I’ve really leaned into the traditional red + green palette with a modernized twist e.g. adding pink hues, burgundy accents, or green en masse.
Next year I’ll switch it up and play with gold or silver and tinsel elements I think ✨

𝙁𝙡𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙡𝙨 & 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙚
Petite sculptural moments or layered, lush, textural table runners pending the meal serving style is my go to.
🌺 Summer floral faves: hydrangea, amaranthus, peonies, gloriosa lily, flowering gum, zinnia, echinacea, flannel flower, celosia, holly, caladium, etc.
(+ my usual faves: anthurium and orchids ❤️‍🔥)
🍒 Summer produce faves: tomatoes, cherries, strawberries, limes, chillies, lychees, starfruit, dragonfruit, mini melon, grapes

𝘿𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙧 & 𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙣𝙨
Layered, curated and colour coordinated always! Playful silhouettes, patterned textiles, bespoke flatware, party glassware, coloured candles and vaseware and mixing textures like tiles, resin, marble and ceramics 👏🏽

I hope you all have a lovely festive break! I’ll be taking it chill this week and be back behind the laptop again fully from next week ✌🏽

Spicy margarita, anyone? 😏🌶️🍸
(𝘋𝘶𝘮𝘣 𝘲𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘰𝘣𝘷𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘭𝘺.)

Did I have a concrete plan of attack for this?
Absolutely not 😅

The foam wouldn’t tape to the container, the raised wooden leg base needed disguising (but it still had to function), and the whole thing had to sit functionally and aesthetically on the bar cart…

So I did what any florist does best - PIVOTED❗️

Enter my vessel 🍋‍🟩
I used this as a styling cradle for the container + foam, skewered limes into this and added extra wire underneath for stability - problem solved!

Add chilli garlands and layered bar styling, and suddenly you’ve got a sexy, interactive cocktail moment that guests can’t stop talking about 🤌🏽

Can’t wait to make the next themed cocktail set-up!🍹💃🏼😝

The vibes were high with this one!⚡️
A curated mix of saturated hues, sculptural stems, spotty orchids, contrasting textures, a delicious cascade moment and that neon green ribbon - YUM 🤤

It was the perfect bridal bouquet for a bride who radiates that same main-character energy! 🔥🤌🏽

These two couldn’t have chosen a better vision for their day - a vibrant, energetic, tropical-inspired brief that matched their fun-loving personalities perfectly and felt so authentically “THEM” ❤️‍🔥

I LOVED this design brief so much (which was timed SO well with the start of Summer), that I would do it again and again! 🍍🌶️🍌🍋‍🟩🥭
