Some exciting news 🎉

I am involved in the development of a new low or no cost wellbeing centre on the Sunshine Coast, similar to the Relaxation Centre, Brisbane (which has sadly recently closed). The new centre will be offering various classes, courses and speakers to focus on mental health and wellness. I was excited to have been asked to be part of this amazing new venture, which is just at the very beginning of it's development.

At this stage, the NFP organisation has been set-up and centre name established, but everything else is still in the planning stages and we're looking for anyone who might like to be involved. This can be anything, but at this point the focus is on social media presence, website, marketing, networking, and grant writing although any form of support will be welcome.

If this is something you, or anyone you know would like to be involved in, please let me know. Thank you 😊

Stretch therapy course completed, physical intervention to help re-regulate the nervous system after trauma. So important to address the body not just the mind as this is where trauma often becomes stuck, leading to chronic conditions
