A mother’s village isn’t always made in one moment.
It’s built slowly — through repetition, presence, and shared experience.

It’s the mum you bump into at the park week after week. The one who smiles and says, “Me too” at playgroup.

It’s the neighbour who offers you a coffee while your toddler plays. The mum who folds washing next to you while the kids run wild.

Connection doesn’t always come from grand gestures. Sometimes, it’s just showing up — again and again.

If you’re feeling lonely or isolated in motherhood, it’s not a reflection of you. We’re not meant to do this alone — but finding your people takes time.

Start small.
Say yes to the walk, the park hang, the messy playdate.
Your village is waiting — and it might be just around the corner.

💛 Keep showing up.
💛 Keep looking for moments to connect.
💛 Keep trusting you’re worthy of support.

World Breastfeeding Week
This week, we’re celebrating all the ways we nourish our babies — and the women behind those journeys.

Whether you breastfed for years, weeks, or not at all — you made the choices that were right for you. And that deserves to be honoured.

Let’s celebrate the effort, the emotion, the deep love behind every feed.

We’ve had quite a few enquires lately about the different spaces for hire at so what better way to see them all!

At , we offer a variety of beautiful, calming spaces for hire — thoughtfully designed to support practitioners, facilitators, and community gatherings.

✨ Practitioner Rooms
Each of our four private rooms is named after a goddess — honouring the powerful energy that flows through your work:

💫 Juno — Queen of the Gods, protector of women and childbirth
💫 Lucina — The bringer of light, guiding babies and mothers through birth
💫 Freya — Norse goddess of love, beauty, and fertility
💫 Devi — The divine mother, embodying strength, creation, and feminine energy

🌸 The Central Room
A large, light-filled group space perfect for workshops, circles, and community events. Calm, open, and welcoming.

🌿 The Lawns & Garden
A private, tranquil outdoor area ideal for low-key gatherings, barefoot play, or soaking up some sunshine.

And the best thing? All indoor spaces are fully airconditioned, perfect for those steamy build up days and rainy wet season monsoons ☔️

If you’re looking for a space that feels supportive, flexible, and made for women in all stages of motherhood — this is it. 💛

Why is it so hard for people to respect a mother’s boundaries?

The uninvited visits, bringing gifts you didn’t ask for, feeding your child food you’ve chosen not to give them, brushing off your need for rest? It can feel like motherhood makes your boundaries invisible, and it can be infuriating.

You can feel like you’re constantly fighting for your boundaries to be respected, and that’s exhausting.

You’re labeled as difficult for advocating for your child, when you’ve only got their best interests at heart.

But you are allowed to have limits. You are allowed to be heard.

Setting boundaries doesn’t make you difficult. It makes you strong. It shows your little people how to do the same, which is so important for later in life.

If you’re in the thick of this and constantly feel like you’re holding the line with everyone around you, know you are doing good work ♥️

Let’s normalise this version of motherhood.
The one where we lean on each other.
The one where rest is productive.
The one where we don’t have to do it all.

You were never meant to mother alone — or perfectly.

So here’s your gentle reminder:
Ask for help.
Accept it without guilt.
Call a mum friend and fold washing together.
Nap if you need to.
Skip the dishes.
Laugh at the chaos.
Say yes to you, too.

Because caring for yourself is caring for your family.
