Who knew that physiotherapists and chiropractors could co-exist in harmony?

The sciatic nerve can be a real pain in the backside (and all the way down the back of the leg) 😫

If nerve flossing hasn’t been working for you, it may be because the nerve doesn’t like been stretched. When the nerve is trapped in the muscles away from the spine, we target the problem areas directly.

Our wonderful therapy assistants allow patients to keep their muscles relaxed which makes the treatment more comfortable 🤗

The iliotibial band (ITB) has long been associated with knee pain. ITB pathology is a common presentation in runners, athletic sports participants and patients who’ve had knee or hip injuries 🤕.

We commonly see patients who have been managing this with stretching and foam rolling . In many cases, they’ve been doing this for 6 months or longer for short term relief 😩.

Put simply, this approach is a bandaid solution for to a bigger problem 🩹❌. Why not find a long term solution. ✅✅

Want to move with more control and less pain? This is what we love helping people with. Make the first step today.
