We just spent four days with a hiking health retreat for women. And retreat it was… we woke each morning to a warm and nourishing breakfast prepared by our own vegan chef, then spent the day hiking the stunning Great Ocean Walk, connecting with nature and each other. Each evening before dinner we’d do yoga on that hill (🥰) and meet at the farm house for a delicious vegan feast, a debrief, a cup of tea, and an an early bedtime. After four days… we’ve never felt healthier. We recommend this experience! It’s 💯
