❗️ BORDER CROSSING PERMITS ARE BACK 🗺️

Border region residents will require a permit to cross between Victoria and NSW from 6pm on Friday.

Reasons for crossing are:
- Necessary goods and services
- Care and compassion
- Work
- Education
- Receiving a covid-19 vaccination
- Organised or community sport and exercise connected with a club or facility
- Visiting an intimate partner
- Moving house, inspecting a property or attending an auction
- Driving someone who cannot drive themselves for one of the above reasons
- Travelling between places in Victoria where it is easier to travel through NSW

You will be able to apply for a permit from Thursday afternoon at service.vic.gov.au or via the Service Victoria app.

Works to the gutters on Crossen Street, Echuca, between Elizabeth Street and Ogilvie Avenue, are starting on Monday, 10 May.

The works are expected to be completed by mid-June with traffic management in place to minimise the disruption as much as possible. Access to properties will be maintained.

We head across to Moama twice per day. One morning run between 10AM-11AM and another between 5PM-7PM. We will be hitting the pavement with brochures to get word out to those who may not have social media. We have grown this new TAKE HOME MEAL SERVICE mostly from word of mouth which is amazing, and we are super grateful.

Nyah Bridge- now manned from 7am-10pm for local residents

Speewa Ferry- CLOSED (detour via Swan Hill Bridge)

Swan Hill Bridge- OPEN

Gonn Crossing- now manned from 7am-10pm for local residents

Barham Bridge- OPEN

Echuca Moama Bridge -OPEN

Barmah Bridge- now manned for local residents
