We have some very impressive stats from Bedford-backed Electronic Recycling Australia! 🤩

Did you know that at Electronic Recycling Australia, our fantastic team recovers and recycles 93% of the material components in the e-waste they receive, which exceeds the requirements of the National Television and Computer Recycling Scheme (NTCRS)?

What’s more, Electronic Recycling Australia are the only recyclers in the country to achieve these high levels. That’s an industry high that we are proud to be able to deliver here in South Australia at our Ottoway Recycling Hub. 👏

In addition to exceptional environmental outcomes, they are also delivering social outcomes, as one of our employment pathways for people with disability and other barriers to employment.

We are open at our Ottoway recycling hub to receive old mattresses and e-waste next Saturday, 26 July, and the last Saturday of every month, in addition to Monday to Friday.

We are looking for your:

♻️ Mattresses - $40/mattress for recycling, no matter what the size or material - a very competitive price!
♻️TVs, computers, phones, household electricals and more - free to recycle except fridges and freezers, which incur a $20 cost for degassing

Help keep these items out of landfill and give them a second life.💚

We also have a range of quality refurbished electronics for you to browse. Plus, chat to our secure data destruction experts.

It’s quick and easy to do good for the environment and the community through supporting employment opportunities for people with disability. Just drive in between 7am and 2pm and drop-off undercover and drive out knowing that your items will be recycled responsibly.

From Port Lincoln, up to Whyalla and Wallaroo and back down to Mount Gambier, our regional Learning and Experiences hub crews love exploring this great state. 🖼️

Whyalla clients recently spent time visiting Quorn’s heritage trail. As the group learned by reading informational signage, this town in the glorious Flinders Rangers was established in 1878 as a railway hub for The Old Ghan railway line.

Today, Quorn is known for its heritage Pichi Richi Railway and its historical buildings.
