Worry doesn't always stay in the mind.
Sometimes it settles into the body.
And often it shows in the face.
That subtle holding between the brows...can become something the nervous system learns.
So even when you're not actively worrying, the muscles can stay slightly contracted.
Over time, the face begins to treat that pattern as normal.
This is one of the reasons frown lines can deepen - not just from what we think, but from what the body has learned to hold.
