Community Care Tasmania

Community Care Tasmania In 2015, Community Care TASMANIA celebrated 25 years of successfully providing aged and home care services to communities in Tasmania.

Community Care Tasmania is a local not-for-profit service that assists the aged or those with disability to remain independent in their own home with as little or as much help as they require using any of our quality home-based care services. During our 25 years of service we have evolved from roots in our migrant communities into a unique small scale organisation that prioritises people not profit. We deliver exceptional home care services to all Tasmanians whilst maintaining our expertise in serving the CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) community.
