History
Born in the 1980s through the work of Grand Master Choa Kok Sui—a Filipino chemical engineer with a knack for blending ancient wisdom with modern clarity—Pranic Healing draws from Hindu, Chinese, Tibetan, and Taoist traditions. Today, it’s a globally practised system with a clear, step-by-step method.

Method
Think of it as an energy tune-up in four moves: scan (find the blockages), cleanse (clear the clutter), energise (top up your life force), and stabilise (lock in the goodness). This can be done in person or remotely—because energy doesn’t need a plane ticket.
