đź’› Today, and every day, we shine a light on su***de prevention and awareness.
It’s a reminder to check in with yourself and those around you, to listen without judgment, and to let others know they’re not alone.

Even the smallest conversation can make a difference. 💬✨

Our team recently took part in a professional development workshop, Me and/or the Other, led by Creative Arts Therapist Elisabeth Eitelberger 🎨🎶✨. The workshop explored how drawing, drama, movement, and music can transform theory into practice. Through both group and individual activities, our psycho-social support workers and psycho-social recovery coaches deepened their skills in using creativity to support emotion regulation and enhance client engagement.

On days like today, the weather can feel heavy, and our inner world can feel the same. Psychodynamic therapy reminds us that these moods aren’t random — they can connect to deeper patterns, memories, and feelings.

On days like this, try:
✨ Lighting a candle or soft lamp to create warmth inside.
✨ Making a warm drink and noticing the comfort it brings.
✨ Journaling what emotions or memories the rain stirs up.
✨ Allowing yourself to rest, without guilt.

🌧️ Sometimes self-care means listening closely to what the weather awakens in us — and giving ourselves permission to respond with kindness.

Sometimes the mind is like the trees — still on the surface, but with deep roots and unseen movement beneath.

Psychodynamic therapy invites us to pause, notice what’s hidden, and understand how the past quietly shapes the present.

In the stillness, we begin to hear ourselves🌿
