What excites me most about this updated approach is the shift back to real foods:

⠀✅ Cooking with and consuming traditional fats such as beef tallow, butter, and olive oil
⠀✅ Increasing protein portion sizes
⠀✅ Eating larger amounts of vegetables, with berries included
⠀✅ Reducing grains all the way to the base of the pyramid
⠀✅ Re-embracing real, full-cream dairy
⠀
These are excellent, supportive changes.
⠀
And as I always say, humans can survive on almost any type of food — but what we thrive on is highly individual.
⠀
That said, we’re now clearly seeing general guidelines emerge that are deeply in tune with what natural medicine has been suggesting all along: prioritising real, whole foods supports real health 💚
