Are you building a life that feels aligned or just one that looks good? Or maybe the one society expects from you?

Is your mind on a loop of self-sabotage, overthinking, self-abandonment? Do you talk yourself down more than you lift yourself up?

Just like you can train your body to be stronger, you can train your mind to stop running the same old BS.

I get asked a lot, which one matters more, food or working out?

Food!

Food fuels the work. You can have the most intense workout plan, but if you are not nourishing your body properly, you are just grinding yourself into the ground and most likely fall back into hold habits.

And as women, we are not meant to train like men. We do not reset every 24 hours like they do. We run on a ~28-day cycle with natural fluctuations in energy, strength, hunger and mostly for me … mood.

You should eat more during certain phases. You will feel stronger during others. And you will need more rest, softness, and nourishment at times (this part is crucial!)

Train like a woman. Eat like a woman. Live like a woman.

Your body isnt the problem, its literally telling you what it needs. Learn to listen, honour it, and you will unlock a whole new level of strength.
