Sometime we are sad and angry for what might feel like no reason at all, we also are sometimes feeling good and happy for no reason but it is easier to talk about these time. Try to talk about how you are really feeling because it might help, it also might help someone who your having the conversation with to feel safer and less judged for not feeling ok.
