Emotional Wellbeing Facilitator
Lauren is an Emotional Wellbeing Facilitator for Parents, Teachers, Caregivers & Children, Certified Clinical EFT Practitioner, Level 2 Reiki Practitioner, personal & professional mentor, speaker and educator who is passionate about the mental & emotional wellbeing of our future generation.
Lauren believes emotional resilience is a key factor to navigating today's world and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is the tool to make that possible.
Inspired by her 4 year old daughter, and 14 year old stepson, Lauren is driven to educate as many children and parents as possible of EFT, equipping them with a tool to foster and develop emotional self-regulation.
Lauren holds regular EFT workshops for parents and works with Early Learning Education centres & schools to teach staff how to use EFT for themselves as well as with the children with a classroom learning environment.
