Today we’re at Ready-Set-Connect, doing what we love most, connecting with incredible providers and strengthening our Support Coordination knowledge across regional Victoria.

These events are such a powerful way to deepen our understanding of what’s available locally, build genuine relationships, and ultimately provide better, more informed support to the people we walk alongside.

A special shout-out to Jess, who supports clients right across regional Victoria and is pictured here today, and to Don Elgin, former Paralympian and host of this event, who brings energy and insight to every room he leads.

A huge thank you to Kismet for bringing providers together and creating spaces like this. We’re proud to be travelling Australia and showing up at these events, because strong connections lead to stronger outcomes for participants.
