🌟 Our Playgroup Kicks Off Feb 17th! 🌟

We’re so excited to launch the My Little Physio Family Playgroup! Starting Monday, February 17th, join us each week from 1:00 – 2:30 PM for a fun-filled session of movement, play, and connection. 💛

👶 All ages welcome! (We’re starting as a mixed-age group!)
🎟 First session is FREE – come try it out!
📝 After that, register via Playgroup SA for year-round access to our sessions + other playgroups!
🥪 Let us know if you would like to attend and if you have any dietary requirements so we can cater for everyone.

(Re)Introducing Jacinta!

Our Physiotherapy Team is growing with Jacinta joining the team as a physiotherapist from the 28th of January.

Jacinta has over 10 years experience as a dance teacher, teaching a wide range of students—from toddlers to seniors—specialising in ballet, contemporary, and stretch/strengthening classes. Her passion for making dance and movement accessible to all, aligns with her physiotherapy practice, where she is committed to creating safe spaces for people express themselves. Jacinta integrates her extensive dance background and understanding of the body into her approach to injury prevention and rehabilitation for all ages.

We've been busy creating some fun beanbags to decorate at this years Kids & Youth Disability Expo.
Create a monster, a friendly animal or anything in between!

Bean bags are one of our most used toys in the clinic. Throw them, catch them, balance them on your head!
