Susie Fraser - Feldenkrais Practitioner Susie is an experienced Feldenkrais Practitioner, who runs weekly workshops and courses for all stages of life!

Susie brings her experience in education, the arts and health to her work with the body and movement . As an actor with experience in theatre and radio she uses her voice to aid the sense of relaxation and calm necessary for moving into the deep focus and concentration that aid the development of awareness. She draws on her background in ideokinesis to develop participants knowledge of experiential anatomy in order to strengthen and enliven our self image. Susie Fraser (CFP) will teach you how to expand your movement options, improve posture, breathing and coordination. Learn to protect yourself against injury by releasing habits that restrict movement or cause pain. Work wiser not harder.

These words from Feldenkrais Trainer David Zemach-Bersin: seem timely in regard to Black Lives Matter .
