Can’t make it in? Live regionally? We’ve got you covered. From 5 February 2026, you can join in person at 62 Woodville Rd, Woodville or jump online from wherever suits you best.

This new format makes it easier to stay connected, share experiences, and get support.

Empowering recovery 💙

In October, we hosted the free Empowering Recovery: Navigating Life After Stroke conference at SAHMRI — designed for stroke survivors, carers, health professionals and supporters.

Attendees heard inspiring stories from stroke survivors, gained practical advice from THRFG nurses, and discovered the latest in stroke research and recovery.

💪 UniSA researchers are testing whether an intensive 5-week arm rehab program can help people recover faster after stroke.

If you’re aged 18+ and have experienced a stroke affecting your arm, you may be eligible to take part.
