Meet Amarjot 👋🏼

Amarjot brings extensive experience in orthopaedic rehabilitation and post-surgical physiotherapy care to My Physio My Health - Unley - helping patients regain strength, mobility and confidence.

She also runs Physio-led Clinical Pilates sessions each Tuesday, supporting clients in improving flexibility, core strength and recovery 💪
