Have you heard of "Glimmers"? ✨ We often talk about triggers – the things that spark stress or anxiety – but glimmers are the opposite. They are those tiny, micro-moments that make you feel safe, calm, or a little bit of joy. A perfectly brewed tea, the way the light hits a plant, or a stranger’s dog wagging its tail.
