🔥 Wicked Wednesday 🔥
This week we took the RGK Front Wheel down to the local footy club to really put it to the test… and it did not disappoint! 🏉

Designed for adventure, this front wheel makes tackling grass, mud, gravel and uneven terrain an absolute breeze. With the larger front wheel lifting your casters off the ground, you can move freely in any direction. Even backwards, without getting bogged down.

Fitted with a 200 x 50 pneumatic tyre and an anti flutter fork, it delivers a super smooth and controlled ride no matter where you go. The three point attachment system adds extra strength and rigidity, so you feel stable and confident the whole time.

Pair it up with a power assist like the Yompa or SmartDrive and you have the ultimate setup for getting out and about with ease 💪

This week we are highlighting an incredible new community initiative making a real difference 💛

Introducing The Sharing Shed. Powered by The Walking With Ava Foundation.

Too often, valuable mobility and disability equipment ends up sitting unused in sheds and garages… while others are going without the essentials they need to move, shower, or simply get out into the world.

The Sharing Shed is here to change that. It is a space where donated, gently used disability equipment can be shared with those who need it most.
No cost. No fuss. Just community helping community.

They have already helped source chairs for people who couldn’t access funding, and they are just getting started 🙌

👉 We would love our amazing community to get behind this:

Have connections or ideas to help them grow?

Big things have been happening behind the scenes at Wicked Wheelchairs… 👀

This week we are giving you a look at the full journey of our new CNC machine.
From delivery day, to setup, to cutting it's very first parts 🎥⚙️

We have made this investment to take our manufacturing to the next level.
We are bringing more production in house so we can move faster, customise more, and keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

Already, we are producing:

✔️ Side guards
✔️ Footplates

And this is just the beginning… 💥

Last Friday, our team headed to Enzo's Cucina Labrador for an epic teambuilding day!
We rolled up our sleeves, got hands on learning on how to make pizzas from scratch.
From mastering the art of the perfect dough, to choosing the ultimate toppings, and even learning the technique behind cooking in specialty pizza ovens. 🍕
There is definitely more to pizza than meets the eye, and we loved learning the intricate skills that go into every slice! 
A huge thank you to our amazing teacher, chef Tony, for sharing your skills, passion and a few pro tips along the way. 👨‍🍳

This week we are featuring the EasyStand. The next generation in sit-to-stand technology.
Designed to suit a wide range of users, the EasyStand comes in three different models, each with their own benefits:

👉 Evolve
Available in three sizes with a wide range of features. Perfect for clients with limited range of movement.

👉 Glider
Offers a more active range of motion through the hips and knees. Great for getting some cardio in while standing 💪

👉 Strap Stand
A simple and effective option that uses a strap to hoist the user directly from their manual chair.

🎥 In today’s video, we show you how to use the EasyStand:

Pull the knee pads down.
Lower the tray holder.
Bring the tray down.
Pump the lever to raise the EasyStand up.

To lower the EasyStand down, just reverse the process

For an easier option, automatic EasyStands are available.

Last year Batec Mobility announced some exciting upgrades for their new Batec Plus series. Today we are taking a closer look at what is new and why these improvements make riding even better.

🔧 Foldable Fixation Lever
The new foldable fixation lever now folds away neatly so you are not bumping your knees, also much easier to release when attaching or detaching.

📟 New LCD Display
Screen is now white text on a black background, making it much easier to see while riding.

🛑 Improved Safety Braking
Both brake levers cut the electrics, giving you better control and improved safety.

💡 Updated LED Light Package
The LED lights are seriously bright, improving visibility when riding.

🚀 Cruise Control Feature - The Plus models now include cruise control:
1️⃣ Hold the arrow down until the lights start flashing.
2️⃣ Select free running.
3️⃣ Use the arrows to choose your desired speed.
