We understand you may occasionally be unable to keep an appointment, we kindly ask, out of consideration to other clients waiting for appointments, that 24 hours notice be given. Running late for an appointment will only shorten your own enjoyment time as your therapist will still need to finish on time so as to not inconvenience the following guest. No-show or cancellation without 24 hours notice will void your gift voucher. Health Fund Rebates
