“Duh....boxing!” 🥊
“Most 9.15am classes as they work best with my schedule. But I really love Tuesday & Friday K-Circuits and Thursday & Tuesday HIITSTEP”.

Kendall Fitness is a small Group Fitness and Semi-Private Training studio located in Highland Reserve, Upper Coomera on the Gold Coast.
A family run business, their passion is bringing locals together through fitness and well-being.
The Fitness studio opened in August 2019, and provides a strong sense of community, a place where you are important, where you are appreciated, and where you get to challenge yourself to your limits in a motivating, friendly and welcoming environment.
Kylee Kendall, the Director of Kendall Fitness, knows a thing or two about getting fit and staying fit, having been voted in the Gold Coast’s top 10 Personal Trainers List in 2015 and 2019.
She has helped many Northern Gold Coast locals over the years become fitter, stronger and happier versions of themselves and together with her amazing fellow instructors, loves spreading their fitness magic among the community.
Kylee’s desire to inspire and help people through her passion for health, fitness and living a balanced lifestyle, has led her to create this trendy environment that has a fun and social atmosphere, designed around specialized group fitness exercise programs.
Classes currently include Les Mills Body Pump, Les Mills Body Attack, Box-Fit, Hiitstep, K-Circuit, Strength/Conditioning and K-Kids Fitness classes.
The high quality studio facilities include indoor and outdoor training areas, on-site showers, air-conditioning, a range of specific training equipment, on-site parking and a secure kids zone with no extra costs for your little one to stay safe while you workout - a place that ticks all your boxes!
