Jo brings a wealth of experience and compassion, with a background as a Division One Registered Nurse, Emergency Nurse, and Paramedic. Her journey has then led her to become a sought-after Clinical counsellor, Hypnotherapist and certified Reiki Master. She has trained alongside doctors and psychologists, with specialisations in anxiety relief, stress management, and trauma healing. She is also a certified Flower Essence Therapist, and Holistic Wellness Coach.
