MyCare Physiotherapy's vision is to provide an environment whereby anyone with healthcare needs are given the best possible care in a supportive and goal oriented environment. At MyCare Physiotherapy, you are OUR priority and to achieve our vision of providing the best quality service to all, we offer you the most comprehensive, thorough and holistic management program including Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Deep Tissue Massage and Acupuncture/dry needling as required. We have Physiotherapists with a combined experience of over 40 years and as such we have the experience to find out the root cause of your problems, rather than just treat the symptoms of your problem. Our initial physiotherapy sessions are targeted at finding the cause of your problems through our holistic and thorough assessment of your entire body. Most physiotherapists will only examine the body part related to your condition but at MyCare Physiotherapy we examine all of you to find out the relationship between different objective signs in your body. We will inform you of what we find and by the end of your 1st or 2nd physiotherapy session, you will know exactly what parts of your body that you need to work on and we will provide you with the support you need to "fix" your body. We also have an excellent crew of massage providers to soothe those aches away or provide a true deep tissue massage experience! We believe in our high quality of service and you will too when you experience a session with us at MyCare Physiotherapy. We treat a multitude of musculoskeletal conditions including:

- Warm up with dynamic moves: leg swings, calf raises, hip openers (5–7 minutes)
- Start with run-walk intervals (e.g., 1–2 min run, 1 min walk), 20–30 minutes total
- Build gradually: increase time or distance by about 10–15% per week
- Strength first: 2x/week of calf raises, bridges, step-downs, core work
- Check shoes and surfaces; add hills/speed later
