I'm from Brazil, but only in the Land of Down Under that I discovered my passion for teaching and yoga. I have over 400 hours of training, including Rocket Vinyasa, Vinyasa based on Hatha, Nidra and Advanced Asana. In my classes I like to teach many styles of yoga, but there is one thing that I always make sure I include in any class, a good laugh.
