After taking time off to build, setup and establish the teahouse in mylor ( the resting stone, check it out for all things traditional tea and organics).

I am back offering Myotherapy,
With some new skills picked up from a zen Thai short course added into the mix of over 10 years of practice. Opening the books in Blackwood on Mondays and Tuesdays incoming.

More details to come and can't wait to offer treatments again.

Thank you for all the clients that have booked so far,
I'm so overwhelmingly happy to say I'm fully booked for this week and have a couple of spots available for next week.

It has been a bit of a break between offerings as I have been treating clients from Peak wellbeing in Richmond, Adelaide.
Now as that has moved on I am once again stepping out into a private studio space offering massage and bodywork treatments.

For those that don't know my practice and approach I am trained in many modalities.

* Remedial massage, advanced diploma
* Myotherapy as a pupil of Barry Doyle for 2 years
* Reflexology and acupressure
* Reiki
* Counselling
* Tea and meditation.

All of these are on offer depending on your request and requirements.
I often blend approaches and go off what you and your body needs.

I am setup in Upper Sturt in the Adelaide hills, exact location on booking.

We regret to inform our clients that due to current restrictions our services from message to tea will not be available until further notice .

To all clients booked in after 6pm today I will message you if I have not already.

I will however be offering messages with advice on stretches and movements to keep you going while Adelaide is in stasis.
